Paying in with the M-Pesa paybill, step by step
The top-up is a normal Lipa na M-Pesa payment. The account number field is what matters: it ties the money to your 22Bet account, so a typo there is the single most common reason a deposit goes missing.
One rule catches people out before they even start. The name on your 22Bet account has to match the payment method you use. Borrowing a friend's M-Pesa line because yours is out of float can cost you the funds and the account, since third-party payments are grounds for forfeiture and suspension.

What the top-up costs you
22Bet does not add a platform fee to deposits, and that holds across every method tested, including the paybill. What you do pay is Safaricom's own charge on the Lipa na M-Pesa transaction, under their standard tariff, which is the same cost you carry when you pay any other business.

Funding the account from Airtel Money

Getting your winnings back to your phone
